Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

Extraction technique changes depending on the surface — hardwood, carpet pad, and concrete slab all hold and release water differently, so our crews adjust equipment and dwell time to the actual material, not a one-size approach.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
We clear bulk water fast, then move into detailed extraction of carpet, pad, and subfloor.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
